小时候，我常常遐想：以后的世界会是什么样的？有多美好呢？神往中，我仿佛来到一个陌生又温馨的世界。热情好客的人们穿着千奇百怪的服装，坐着火箭船在高楼之间自由穿梭。我好奇地打量着着令人惊异的境界。啊！原来这是2069年的中国！我赶忙拿出宇宙通行币，结果发现货币却用不了。
这里的人都在用机器生产自己所需的东西。我向一个精神矍铄的老爷爷请教，老爷爷从口袋里拿出一本新颁布的中国法律，只见上面写着：从2067年起，原先通用的人民币失效。为了打击犯罪分子的抢钱等违法犯罪活动！这本法律书有上万页，老爷爷竟然把它放在口袋里，真是不可思议！老爷爷微笑着说：“尊敬的远道而来的客人，我请你吃饭吧！”他领着我在时光隧道里穿行，只一会儿就到家了。只见老爷爷家富丽堂皇，装饰考究。最显眼的是客厅右角摆着一个小巧玲珑的机器。老爷爷走上前去，对着机器温和地说：“请准备一顿饭！”霎时，一桌丰盛的饭菜出现在我们的眼前，我高兴地欢呼起来：“这太神奇了！”饭后，老爷爷又对机器说：“请清洗！”吃剩的饭菜立刻不见了，过了不到一分钟，清洗干净的杯盘通过运行程序回到储存处。接着又把水果输送进来，我垂涎欲滴。不久，老爷爷伤心地告诉我，这里的绿色快要绝迹了，人们争先恐后地奔向唯一的一小块绿草地。估计用不了多长时间，这唯一的绿色也要消失了！
我想：“怎样才能让这绿色永久存在并繁衍呢？”我冥思苦想，终于……我走到机器跟前，像老爷爷那样轻轻地说：“请起草一份关于保护绿色，让生活更美好的倡议书！”刹那间，倡议书赫然出现。没过几天，全国人民都积极行动起来。有的穿越时空，从远古带回了种子；有的在自己的院子里栽上美丽的花草；有的在路边种上茂盛的大树。时光流逝，绿色铺满了大地，鲜花点缀着地球，树木供养着人类。鸟儿歌唱，花草欢舞，老人快快乐乐，孩子无忧无虑。好一个生机勃勃的人间天堂啊！这就是我心目中的美好家园！风景优美，社会和谐，人民淳朴、善良。

Lets see, in campus life, there are many small things around us. Have you done that? For example: if you go to school, you see paper chips, fruit skins, food bags, and pick up one? 一晃十二年过去了，我们寒窗苦读的生涯似乎快到了尽头，不少同学已经开憧憬着他们的大学生活或是以后的人生了。然而现实中学习所带来的无尽的痛苦与压力似乎又让他们陷入了迷茫，停滞不前。因而接下来我愿向大家分享一些学习方法，希望能对大家有些许帮助。
熬夜真的好吗？
进入高三，有许多人认为真正到了拼命的时候了，于是开始了一件自认为十分合理的事开夜车。他们花相当一部分精力在晚上，并且给予厚望，包括我。在刚搬入后楼的一段时间里，我就是如此。但很快我发现，在晚上学习时，自己的效率并不是很好，经常伴着睡意，而到了白天真正应打起精神的时候，却也是十分昏沉。
我发现，如果把白天精力不好的时间集中起来，会远比我晚上熬夜的时间更多。于是我果断放弃了熬夜，尽早入睡。我在网上查询过一些数据，像北上广那些教育发达的地区，学生睡眠时间普遍较长，就是连衡水中学，也有近八个小时的睡眠时间（晚上10：30早上5：30，中午1小时）。虽然我不敢保证所有人都不适合熬夜，但如果你熬夜后白天状态确实不好，请你不要熬夜，把精力集中在白天，也许效果会更好。
任务清单，按时完成
这是我最新学到的一个好方法，我也感觉十分好用。毕竟进入高三，作业还是蛮多的，有时会忙不过来。因此我建议可以有一个日程计划本，写上当天你要完成的作业与你自己想写的作业，提前进行合理的时间规划。不要觉得写计划太麻烦，写出计划，你才能井井有条的学习，而不是写完一样作业后，思考半天我接下来应该去写什么。制定计划的时候，不要把计划写太满，留出一些缓和的`余地，因为经常会有一些印发的卷子或临时的作业，你应该根据自己的情况去增改计划。在写完计划之后，就要去一项一项执行了，每一个任务的完成，都是对自己的一种肯定。
合理做题，高效刷题
有很多人问我，你是不是做了特别多的题才考好的，而对于做题这件事，我觉得题得多做，但也要会做。我偏重于总结，写完一道题，如果不从中得到一些方法技巧或是总结点出知识点来，我还是很过意不去的。我比较注重题后对照答案，反思自己思路的过程，这会花掉我近三分之一的时间。另外，题量与难易程度要根据自己的情况而定，不要好高骛远。安分地做你自己水平范围内的题，再做提升，毕竟高考还是以基础为主。
总之，都已经进入高三了，那我们就要全力以赴，“既然选择了远方，便只顾风雨兼程。”还有一百八十多天了，愿各位以梦为马，不负韶华，共勉！

留心生活，你会注意到生活中的一切都是那么慷慨，无论是日月星辰，无论是花草树木，无论是阳光雨露，它们时刻都在眷顾这我们这些生命。
每一天，我们都能呼吸到新鲜的空气，感受到阳光的抚摸，沐浴在和煦的春风里。正是有了它们，这个世界才会变得生机勃勃，万紫千红。
试问没有阳光，这个世界怎会有光明的存在?试问没有雨露的滋润，大地上的所有生物怎会绽放生命的光芒?试问没有泥土的哺育，我们又怎能吃到鲜美的蔬菜?试问没有广阔的天空，鸟儿又怎能自在地翱翔于天际?试问没有大自然中的一切一切，地球上又怎会出现我们这一批高等生物——人呢?

As time goes by, man is making the earth sick. People cut down too many trees and leave rubbish everywhere. Factories let out their waste without doing anything to it . This has caused some serious problems. Such as the land is sandy, the river is dirty, the air is less clean, even the temperature of the earth is rising. What should we do to save the earth ? My suggestion is that we should plant more trees, put rubbish into dusbins and stop factories (from)pouring waste directly into the air or rivers. In all, we have only one earth, we should do our best to protect it, or we will regret.
随着时间的推移，人类正在地球生病。人们砍伐太多的树木，到处乱扔垃圾。工厂让他们浪费的什么都不做了。这导致了一些严重的问题。如土地沙化，河流脏了，空气不清新，甚至是地球的温度上升。拯救地球，我们应该做什么？我的建议是我们应该种更多的树，把垃圾扔进垃圾箱，阻止工厂（从）把废物直接排入空气或河流。总之，我们只有一个地球，我们应该尽力保护它，否则我们会后悔的。
With the improvement of our living standard, more and more people can afford a car. As a result, our roads are more often than crammed with cars. However, with more and more waste gas being discharged by the cars, the problem of air pollution becomes even more serious. So nowadays we advocate to lead a low-carbon life.
My suggestion is we should ride bikes more often instead of driving cars.By riding a bike, we can not only exercise our body but also protect our environment. Why not have a try, my dear friends?

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit . To improve the environment means to improve our life. We should plant more trees and flowers around us . We shouldn’t cut them down . We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air. Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into dusbins. Never spit in public. Don’t draw on public walls. It’s our duty to protect the environment.

Guangzhou sport university was founded in October 1958, it is one of the oldest sports university founded in China.The first time I entered the campus as a freshman, I was deeply attracted by her cultural atmosphere and historical connotation. I enjoy my life here.The accommodation, canteen, library and some other living conditions.
The accommodation service of our university has gained in acceptance increasingly because of its high quality and relatively low expense. But the dorm often without water. I hope that the school can find a solution as soon as possible so that we had on the day of water. Moreover our library contains a large variety of books. In it you will find both literary and scientific and technical and sports books in Chinese and in foreign languages.We often go to look for books which we want to borrow or to read articles which we like to consult.Our library provides all useful reading matter and reference materials according to our needs.Otherwise, canteen service is pretty good. So we need not worry that we would lose our appetite when far away from home. The varieties of the food are so wide that we can enjoy differently delicious dish every day. What’s more, the prices are very reasonable. We are satisfied physically and mentally.
I love Guangzhou sport university, so I love my class, which is just like another home with my fellows owning the same dream.

我心中的美好家园很美，到处都是自然和科技的杰作。
要进入这个美好的家园呀，首先得过一座桥，这座桥名叫“彩虹桥”。为什么叫做“彩虹桥”呢？那是因为“彩虹桥”修建在瀑布下面，潺潺的流水前赴后继地扑下山崖，落在桥下，升起许多银白色的水柱，在空中形成晶莹剔透的“礼花”十分壮观，太阳光的照耀下就会形成一道七彩斑阑的彩虹。这条彩虹便成为了这里的一道漂亮的风景线。
过了彩虹桥，远远就可以望见一片绿色的树林，那是人们和动物的公园。公园里有两条小道。一条路上铺着小草，是动物们走的，这样是为了让动物适应下来，觉得这里就是它们的家；另一条道路则是人走的，上面铺有小石子，走在石子路上，石子就可以按摩脚上的穴位，发挥保健的功效。
当代走累了时，就会来到一个凉亭。你看，金银花缠绕在柱子上，发出淡淡的清香；在墙角的蔷薇花开得粉嘟嘟的；黄鹂鸟在亭顶上自由自在地唱着歌儿……当你看完时，再看看外面吧，一片片翠绿的竹林挺拔在你的眼前，竹林里的那几只憨厚可爱的大熊猫正在津津有味地享受着美餐。几只小鸟从竹林中掠过叽叽喳喳地叫了几声，接着，一阵微风拂来，竹叶发出“沙沙”声响。你想，这声音不是人类与自然和谐相处音符吗？

玩了一早上，也累了，该回家了，可家在哪而呢？哈，当然是在云上喽！朋友听了可别认为我是在逗你玩呢，我们的家呀就修在云上，只要用力拍两下手，一朵云就会从天上飘下来，你只站上去，云就会把你送到家，是不是很神奇，有种神仙般的感觉呢。
天上就不用云来飞行到达某个地方了。因为天上和地下的环境都差不多，只不过所用的材料不同。如：陆地上的公路都是混和泥土所修成的，而天上的公路却是用云制造而成的；陆地上的汽车都是用钢铁造成的，而空中的汽车也是云制而成的。不仅不需要汽油都能驾驶，速度也不慢，而且还不会排放出二氧化碳是不是很环保呢？
由于人与自然的关系更加和谐，祖国的科技越来越先进，我们的家园怎能不这么美呢？

In the past there have been many endangered animals. Now they are extinct. Does it matter? Has our environment been affected by their absence? Has the quality of our own life been changed? The answer to these questions is "Yes." It does matter if we destroy an endangered species habitat to develop more farmland housing or industrial parks.
There is a delicate balance of nature. If one small part is removed it will affect all the other parts. For example if certain trees are cut down bats will have no place to roost. If they cannot roost they cannot breed. If there are no bats there will be no animal or bird to eat certain insects that plague our crops.Our environment has been affected by the absence of certain animals. Certain flowers are pollinated by butterflies which migrate from Canada to Mexico. Some of the breeding grounds of these butterflies were destroyed. Now these flowers are disappearing from certain areas. We will no longer be able to enjoy their beauty.The quality of our life has been changed. America used to be covered with giant trees.
Now we have to visit them in one small park. Rainforests around the world are being cut down to make room for humans. We will never be able to see or study this fragile ecosystem.I would encourage us humans to look for other alternatives for our farmlands housing and industries. We have alternatives; the animals do not.

眼前一片模糊，一阵一阵发黑，小腿的肌肉酸酸的。
我在哪呢？这个问题在我脑海里盘旋。一阵风吹来，我清醒了些许，哦，我在体训，在跑八百。
按理说，跑八百不会使人如此难受，但偏偏我是个例外。体育中考前，学校从上学期就开始了艰苦的体训，这对我无疑是巨大的挑战。
初秋的风里，夹杂着一丝凉爽，但仍沉闷燥热。由于只是初期，训练量较小，我的小身板略能承受，虽然成绩不理想，但过程总归没有那么痛苦。可到了寒风凛凛的深冬，每一阵风刮过，都仿佛在我脸上扔刀子，刀刀见血。每呼一口气，嗓子眼里冒出沙哑的呻吟，仿佛塞着一团沙子，磨砺着我脆弱的咽喉。
辛苦的锻炼有了些许回报，我的成绩提高了整整40秒。跳远也从一米五升到了一米八。我发誓，我一定要努力训练，考一个好高中。
我重新踏上跑道，可上天又跟我开了一个玩笑。
训练量骤然增加，要先慢跑两圈，最后冲刺两圈。我的体能跟不上了，看着身旁同学心有余而力更足的状态，我实在想放弃了，只是碍于体育老师的督促，只好继续。这时候，我却由于运动量过大导致肌肉拉伤。真是应了那句话“肌肉拉伤是小病，疼起来真要命”。我真实体会到了小美人鱼变成人类后在陆地上行走的感觉了。一脚一脚踩下去，仿佛有无数细密的针刺入腿中，细细密密的却又刺骨般的疼。随着时间的推移，拉伤越发严重，腿上所有部位的肌肉无一幸免。
我躺在床上，翻看旧照片，我看到田径跑道上一个青春飞扬的身影，那是初二的我！
有一股神奇的力量，使我再次出现在训练场上。
“不经一番寒彻骨，怎得梅花扑鼻香”，下了考场，我的班主任知道我的.成绩后，喜笑颜开，眼旁的细纹都舒展了许多。连一向不苟言笑的体育老师也为我竖起拇指。也就是那多出的十四分，重新书写了我的命运。
梅花的香气，是在凛冽寒风中凝聚成的。我经历一番劫难后，实现了我“以梦为马，不负韶华”的青春誓言！

初三，一个美好而又紧张的时期。我与它在某个清晨，相遇了。
教室里的同学们不如往常一样吵闹，来自中考的压力席卷着整个班级。我们心怀自己的梦想——考上理想的学校，伴随着对未来的期待，褪去先前的稚嫩，一步一步认真向前迈进着。
我们开始为了一道题争得面红耳赤，堆积如山的试卷与书本一堆堆的摆在课桌前。即使是刚下课，教室里依旧寂静无声，同学们都在集中精神温习着功课，不愿放弃每分每秒在校学习的机会。
先前温和的老师也突然严肃了半分，在短短的一百天冲刺里，一遍又一遍的将知识点精简，以方便供我们温习。有时又放弃自己的课间休息时间，向同学们继续传授自己所知道的全部。有时就算自己身体不适，也依旧不愿放弃那一星半点的授课时间，用自己稍微沙哑的喉咙，在三尺讲台上道出一缕芬芳。在完成自己的任务后，才用一杯温水给自己续航。
补习班的结束并没有意味着休息，我们常常在课后，交流着课上所学的知识点。自己缓缓的徒步回家，路上也不忘多记几个单词。
学习的同时，体考也如拦路虎一般向我们袭来，它昭示着我们在学习的途中，也不能忘记锻炼自己的`身体，保持健康。即使被太阳暴晒，在考场上的我们依旧坚持着跑完那八百米。我们挥洒着汗水，踏出清脆的脚步声，力争上游，争取着那六十分值的体育分。
我们慢慢的在成长，养成做事全力以赴的良好习惯。经过初三最后一百天的冲刺，我们终能以梦为马，不负韶华。
